The building is a one and a half story pre-engineered steel framed building. The Interior of the building was designed to be free of any columns to increase the efficiency of the facility. The building is configured so the tipping floor and recycling area are located above the load out tunnel to facilitate the transfer of materials.

The tipping floor is surrounded on three sides by concrete push walls that extend 12’-0” above the tipping floor. Push walls were designed to withstand the impact from the loading equipment. High strength concrete was specified for the tipping floor help reduce the wear on the floor and increase the life-span of the floor slab.
